Earbuds are too short!

I can't spread the earbuds out enough to fit my head between them.

Simply slide the plastic clip down the wire to adjust the length of the wires. You may need to pull apart the wires below the clip.

Treo Sync-N-Charge Cable

The retractable sync cable for the Treo doesnt have a button to hot sync. How do I make the phone sync after connected.

You need to use the sync icon on the phone interface. Once the cable is connected to your phone and your computer, choose the sync icon on your phone and the sync action will begin.

Video Cable for iPod Not Showing Video

I just purhcased your retractable Audio/Videocable for my iPod Video (model #ETIPODRCAV). I tried connecting my iPod to my TV but there was no picture. I hear sound but no picture.

Please make sure that you have the video out function turned on in your iPod settings. Once the settings are confirmed, make sure the plug going into the iPod is completely pushed in. If your iPod is in a case, you may need to remove it from the case so that the plug can completely connect. We have experienced several instances where a carry-case has bit allowed the plug to work correctly.
